All mornings should be sweet like this chia berry bowl. There is something magical about waking up to taste sweetness of fresh fruits while lazy stretching on the terrace, isn’t there..
I make vegan fruit bowls, especially chia berry bowl, quite often for my breakfast. Such breakfast is incredibly healthy and they are done in literally 5 minutes!
CHIA BERRY BOWL
Preparation 5 minutes / Serves 2
- 150 grams soya yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 5 ml coconut milk
- 1/2 papaya, blended
- handful fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1-2 dates, pits removed
- few almonds
Soak your chia seeds in coconut milk and on the side fill the bowl with soya yoghurt, top with blended papaya, fresh fruits and almonds. Once chia seeds have doubled in volume, add them to the bowl and serve!
It’s that simple 🙂
